Jack Gallagher opened the doors of Gallagher Pools & Spas in Tulsa, Oklahoma back in 1989 after an already successful career in swimming pool construction.   After leading the Tulsa residential swimming pool construction market for many many years the Tulsa office was sold and Jack and his wife Patsy left Oklahoma to retire in Arizona in the early 2000's.  That did not last long.  By 2002 Jack was back in full swing building pools in the East Valley.  The focus of Gallagher Pools & Spas has always been building high end custom swimming pools at an affordable price.  Through the years the majority of our business has been driven by referrals and repeat clients.   Something we are very proud to say!
